Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom orders or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: Contact us using the website form or the email address in your original order receipt to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping: We can offer a pre-paid return shipping label for domestic returns within Canada. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any associated customs fees.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include all accessories and documentation.
  4. Send Back: Attach the return label if provided, or send to the address above.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Defective or Damaged Goods:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at your choice.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new purchase. Please follow the return process, and once your refund is processed, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use beyond the initial try-on cannot be returned.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exceptions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the above conditions are not met or if we believe the return is fraudulent.
